We collect information you provide directly — your name, email, company details, and content you create such as proposals, client records, and contracts. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, actions taken) to improve the product.
We use your data to operate and improve ProposalAI: to generate AI proposals and contracts, send emails on your behalf to your clients, process payments, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the product: our database host (Upstash), email provider (Resend), AI provider (Google Gemini), and payment processors. Each is bound by their own data protection terms.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your proposals, clients, contracts, and invoices are permanently removed within 30 days.
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings. For deletion requests beyond what's available in-app, contact us directly.
Passwords are hashed, all traffic is encrypted via HTTPS, and access to production data is restricted. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
