You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
You agree not to use ProposalAI to send spam, generate fraudulent proposals or contracts, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
Free, Solo, Agency, and White Label plans are described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are currently activated manually after payment confirmation. Plan limits (proposals, clients, AI generations) reset monthly as described in your dashboard.
You own all proposals, contracts, and client data you create. AI-generated content is provided as a drafting aid — you're responsible for reviewing it before sending to clients.
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or modify features at any time to improve the product.
ProposalAI is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform, including disputes between you and your clients.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ProposalAI after changes means you accept the updated terms.
